Montana Horowitz
Founder
Montana graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University before attending Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. While in law school, Montana had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience at both the appellate and trial levels. Upon graduating cum laude, she was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a prestigious society for law students at the top of their class.
Following graduation, Montana completed a one year clerkship with a busy civil judge, during which she drafted a legal opinion that was published by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Throughout her career, Montana has focused on the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance defense, and civil litigation, handling complex cases on a day-to-day basis and preparing them for trial.
